Our classes can help you build strength, increase your flexibility, and gain the skills needed to defend yourself in an effective and courageous way. Scroll below to learn a little about our philosophy for each age group and contact us to try a free class!
4 – 8 YEARS OLD
(For ages 4-6 acceptance into our classes is based on a student's maturity and at the instructor's discretion)
We tailor classes for this age group to help develop balance, coordination, and agility at a more advanced pace using targets, blockers, and bags. Students begin to use their single basic hand and foot techniques to develop combinations. Students begin to be introduced to the basic philosophy of Karate and the importance of their forms. Free sparring may also be introduced. Respect and discipline are progressing along with safety and awareness.

8 – 11 Years Old
Stand Up For Yourself
With this age group we take training in the Martial Arts to a more serious level. The student is introduced to more advanced forms and techniques along with more difficult drills in agility and endurance. Safety and awareness are reinforced and the student learns basic self-defense. Students are also introduced to Sparring and Breaking. Advanced students in this program are introduced to basic Arnis (A Martial Art from the Philippines which uses sticks as well as bare hands)

Adults
Challenge yourself
The adult students progress to a level that teaches more advanced techniques along with developing inner strength. Students will not only advance according to their determination and physical abilities, but they will learn the theory and philosophies of Tang Soo Do. Forms, Sparring, Arnis and Breaking will be taught in order that the student may advance through the ranks with the ultimate goal of becoming a Black Belt. This is where their training and dedication will allow them to blossom into a true Martial Artist.

Principles of Self Defense
Mind & Body
(Open self defense classes are held once per month and are open to, and
separated into all age groups)
This program is designed not only to teach techniques in self-defense and defense of others, but also to give a more total body work out than a traditional self-defense class. Learning self-defense is great for anyone, at any age, but by combining proper technique with physical training, students receive the ultimate self-defense combination. If you're looking for a workout and would like to learn self-defense, without the commitment of a Martial Arts class, this is the class for you!
